Obit of Karen (Szezpaniak) Kubiak

Karen Kubiak, 71, of Chatsworth, IL passed away at 7:25 am on Monday, April 11, 2016 at her home in Chatsworth. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Calvert & Martin Funeral Home in Chatsworth. Burial will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Karen was born March 29, 1945 in Chicago, IL a daughter of Frank and Harriett Szezpaniak. She married Richard Kubiak on March 17, 1972 in Chicago, IL. He survives. Also surviving two daughters: Donna Miller and Gina (Chuck) Iglinski; two sons: Frank Miller and Richard (Robyn) Kubiak, Jr.; grandchildren: Mario (Shana) Melendez, Chris (Amber) Miller, David (Brittany) Melendez, Rudy (Amanda) Cabral, Eric Cabral, Danny Kubiak, Walter Kubiak, and Nicole (Chris) Cabral; and great grandchildren: Nevaeh, Noelani, Neven, Anthony, Carter, Liam, Alex, Issacc, Jacob, Keegan, Kazlyn, and Kailya.
