PIPER CITY — Gene and Carol Froelich of Piper City celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary with family.
Froelich and Carol Culkin were married June 7, 1958, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Chatsworth.
They are the parents of Dan (Deb) Froelich, Forrest; Mark (Karen) Froelich, Piper City; Cathy (Tom) Olson, Monmouth; and Cindy (Joe) Palen, Forrest. They have six grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He has farmed most of his life and still lives on the farm on which he was born. She has actively helped with the farm, prepared income taxes and other bookkeeping jobs. They are retired.
