From Chatsworth Illinois Memories From www.pantagraph.com CHATSWORTH — Sister Mary Anselm, 89, Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Chatsworth, passed away on May 19, 2010, at her convent in Cleveland. A funeral Mass was on May 22 at the Shrine of the Conversion of St. Paul, Cleveland, and she was buried at Calvary Cemetery. Sister Anselm was born Dorothy Irene Monahan on Oct. 8, 1920, in Charlotte Township, to Teresa Trunk Hubly Monahan and Edward A. Monahan. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews in Illinois, Ohio, Maryland and Washington. Sister Anselm entered the convent in 1950, taking her final vows in 1955. She spent most of her religious life at The Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration Monastery in Cleveland.
