Lisa M. Wade, 58, of Piper City, IL formerly of Chatsworth, passed away at 10:58 am on Friday, December 8, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. A gathering time will be from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Calvert & Martin Funeral Home in Chatsworth on Thursday, December 14, 2017. Private family burial will follow services at Chatsworth Cemetery. She was born April 12, 1959 in Gibson City, IL a daughter of John William and Etta Louise (Steinman) Knittles. Lisa is survived by her sister Julie Burkhalter of Chatsworth, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents. She graduated from Chatsworth High School in 1977. Lisa went on and graduated with her Laboratory Technology Associate’s Degree in Elkhart, IN. She worked as a lab tech in Hoopeston, IL. Lisa loved Christmas, presents, Monicals, and Dairy Queen. She enjoyed being spunky with her sister, always giving her a hard time.
