Loyal Joyce Collins, 96, of Tampa, passed away May 29, 2013 under the care of Melech Hospice House. Loyal was born in Homestead, Ok. to Arthur B. Collins and Anna M. Collins (VanDerryt). His is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita and son, Billy. Loyal was retired from Frito Lay. His is survived by his son, Richard K. Collins, of Topeka, Ks. and daughter, Beverly J. Carroll of Tampa, Fl. Loyal will be missed by friends and family including five granddaughters and 16 great grandchildren and his dog and companion, Tiger. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to LifePath Hospice. There will be no public funeral ceremony. His final resting place will be Brenton Cemetery, Piper City, Il. Swillley Funeral Home.
